Lady Amelia Windsor, 31, is preparing to marry her partner, Ollie Lewis, a property developer with whom she was first seen in public in 2023. The news was reported by the British newspaper The Sun on September 12, 2026, with further details subsequently reported by other media. According to sources, the engagement was kept strictly private, and the wedding is scheduled for May 2027 in London.

Who is Lady Amelia Windsor?

Lady Amelia is the daughter of George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews, and Sylvana Tomaselli. She is the granddaughter of the Duke of Kent and a distant relative of the late Queen Elizabeth II and King Charles III. Although she belongs to the extended royal family, Amelia grew up away from the monarchy’s official duties. She was educated at St Mary’s School Ascot and the University of Edinburgh, where she studied French, Italian and art history.

Fashion career and social engagement

Lady Amelia made a name for herself in the fashion world and is represented by Storm Model Management. She has walked for prestigious fashion houses, including Dolce & Gabbana, and has appeared in numerous campaigns. In 2016, Tatler named her one of the most beautiful women in the British royal family, helping to raise her public profile.

Beyond modelling, Amelia Windsor is an advocate of sustainable fashion and environmental causes. She is an ambassador for No More Plastic and supports War Child and the Blue Marine Foundation, organisations involved in protecting children affected by conflict and safeguarding the oceans.

A wedding with prominent guests

According to British media reports, the guest list includes Prince William and his wife, Catherine, Princess of Wales. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, however, are reportedly not on the list. A source close to the family said Amelia had already drawn up her guest list before learning of Harry and Meghan’s return to the United Kingdom and that she is not close to the couple. The decision would also avoid a potentially awkward encounter between the two brothers. Lady Amelia was not invited to Harry and Meghan’s 2018 wedding either. The guest list has not been officially confirmed.

A lively celebration

People close to the bride describe the wedding as likely to be cheerful and energetic. Asked about her ideal evening, Amelia once described it as Paloma tequila cocktails enjoyed on a terrace on a summer evening in London, followed by dancing. After the ceremony, the dance floor is therefore expected to be an important part of the celebrations.

Conclusion

Lady Amelia Windsor, a well-known member of the extended British royal family, is entering a new chapter in her life. Her wedding to Ollie Lewis, scheduled for May 2027, is expected to attract considerable attention, particularly because of the reported guest list. Whether Prince William and Kate’s presence will add to the occasion without overshadowing the couple remains to be seen.
